Favourable and absolutely perfect location in a residential area, adjacent to the mountains and the Kumamoto castle area and the Bus terminal. Good sized room, a shower, hairdryers and a bidet in the room.

The staff is affable and accommodating, they ensure you have a comfortable time here. The location is particularly good and decent and near tram to station, and places of interests. Also, an art museum is relatively near the venue.

the location was decent, just a short stroll away from an art museum. the rooms were all bright and brand-new with washing machine, firm pillows plus tv. the place had a family atmosphere.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and totally recommend the hotel. Everything was great, nevertheless we stayed for 6 nights only. The location was decent to department store, walk from a tram station. We found nice Tortacos nearby with hot beverages.

Beautiful and modern hotel, located in the heart of the city. the rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, including a washing machine. the self-check-in process was quick and easy. the panoramic window on the top floor offered us stunning views of the surroundings.

We experienced some issues with the Wi-Fi, as it only worked on one device. We also wished there were more hangers available for our laundry.

The location close to the transportation hub and popular attractions make it easy to explore the city. The spacious rooms are equipped with in-room laundry, comfortable beds, and panoramic views. The breakfast is pre-boxed and tasty, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Some guests mentioned inconvenience with limited hanging space for laundry or no luggage storage before/after check-in/check-out.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the modern and clean design of the hotel. The spacious room had ample space for my family's four large suitcases.
